We have combined our talents and interests to create the K3 STUDIO CAFE EXPERIENCE. I, Derrick Dean (Owner), is a musician whose versatility across genres that allows us to offer variations in musical entertainment. I'm also a former educator and employment placement professional. Korri Whittaker (Co- Owner) is a trained culinary artist who cooks as well as bakes. She oversees the bakery and food service section of the business.
BAKERY: Offers typical bake goods, confections and some unique twists on traditional baking ideas. Cake Shots and Cake Truffles are THE BEST SELLERS! The bakery can provide bake-to-order creations. Currently, it is located at the front of the venue. The bakery also enters local bakery and confection events. We will soon expand the bakery location in every state.
RESTAURANT: The restaurant portion of K3 STUDIO CAFE offers a traditional bar food menu, entrées and finger food. We are set-up to cater functions at the facility and elswhere. Yes we will Deliver!
SPACE RENTAL: The main room where stage, lights, sound and bar are located can seat appx. 100 people comfortably. It can accommodate a standing crowd of about 180 comfortably. There are other spaces in the building that can be utilized for various functions including TWO other rooms for vendor services. Each room has flat screen tvs and restrooms along with tables anc chairs.
STAGE: The stage is set up for multi-media usage and can accommodate a Live Band or music combo. In front of the stage is a dance floor.
AMBIENCE: The main space has a music theme signified by music notes, album covers, vinyls and various abstract visuals. There are revolving lights, a corner bar and an assortment of chairs, benches and tables that are moveable so that the room can be configured to suit the activity.

K3 STUDIO CAFE offers convenience, comfort, service reliability and fine food. K3 STUDIO CAFE is located and our international neighbor, our TRADITIONAL/CONTEMPORARY EVENT ROOM, RESTAURANT, BAKERY, KITCHEN, BAR AREA, STAGE and 2 MEETING ROOMS totaling 3,200 square feet
Weekdays (Monday – Thursday)
$100 per hour (3 hour minimum)
Weekends (Friday – Sunday)
$150 per hour (3 hour minimum)
Included with all rentals are the following amenities:
Event hall, Stage, DJ Boothe, Restrooms & Backroom

The hiring of a security guard is required for all events after 5pm and for any event serving alcohol. A 50% deposit is required to hold reservation.
