Cupcake Sales
K3 Bakery offers our cupcakes to nonprofit groups at a reduced price for you and the consumer. Pre-selling cupcakes to family, friends and neighbors or selling cupcakes to high traffic areas such as shopping centers or community festivals can generate significant funds.
Partnership Cards
If your school or organization is within the mid-south area, you might want to consider selling Partnership Cards as a fundraiser. With a Partnership Card customers get a free dozen cupcakes with a purchase of a dozen cupcakes of their choice. Their card gets punched each time they use it, and they can use it up to five times. That is an automatic $50.00 in savings! (Limit 2 free dozen per visit)
Fundraising Tips
\tSet goals: Create a group goal as well as individual goals. Share these goals with your participants and let them know what will be done with the money raised.
\tCreate excitement: Increase participation by having a meeting with participants and make sure everyone knows the importance of the fundraiser and what they can do to help.
\tSet specific fundraiser dates: We recommend running your fundraiser for 10 to 14 days. Please make sure to include two weekends.
\tBe organized: Make sure everyone is aware of the fundraiser dates and when orders are due.
\tPromote the fundraiser: Distribute posters and banners and include the fundraiser in public announcements.
\tCommunicate: Make contact with your participants every couple of days during the fundraiser. Encourage them often!
\tBe safe: Encourage your group to sell to parents, relatives and friends, and recruit them to help sell as well. But remember - Never sell to strangers!
\tOffer incentives: Explain the benefit of selling a certain number of items.

Fundraising FAQsQ: How soon can I start my fundraiser?A: As soon as you select your fundraiser dates, we'll distribute your fundraising packages so you can get started!Q: Do you provide the fundraiser forms?A: Yes, we provide pre-printed sales brochures, collection envelopes and informational flyers collated for each participant.Q: What is the turnaround time from the end of the sale to the delivery?A: We prefer to allow 2 weeks after the end of the sale. This allows enough time for late orders to be included in the delivery.
QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS
K3 Bakery Fundraising programs are provided exclusively to assist groups and organizations who are raising funds to benefit the types of causes listed below. The Fundraising pricing structure reflects K3 Bakery’s commitment to helping our communities and is not designed to provide discounted pricing to individuals or groups to use our products for personal gain and/or commercial profit or for any purpose other than those described below.
Both for-profit organizations and not-for-profit organizations may be approved to conduct a K3 Fundraiser when the Fundraiser proceeds will be fully used to benefit a group/cause that is one of the following types (verification required for approval):
EDUCATIONAL – proceeds are being used to support a school or educational institution or a school-related organization (e.g., club/student/parent group; athletics; band/choral; school equipment; student development; scholarships).
RELIGIOUS – proceeds are being used to support faith-based activities or church-related organizations (e.g., youth group; missions; benevolent programs; building fund; congregational support).
CHARITABLE – proceeds are being used to support a registered 501(c) charitable organization.
COMMUNITY – proceeds are being used to support community-based activities devoted exclusively to charitable, educational, or recreational purposes and not for individual or commercial gain.
